"7 Mountains" Prayer Targets for this month

Family:  Pray that families would prosper; Again, that the number of reported abuse cases within our community would decrease, particularly involving children. Ask the Lord for success for the PDX Date Night movement this month, and that good and godly relationships would be strengthened around our region.

Church: Thank the Lord for more hunger for God in our church; more purity, power, and His presence. Pray that there would be increased unity between churches in our community. Pray also for the churches in pastoral transition right now.

Business:  Pray that businesses in our area would prosper, that there would be more jobs, particularly that there would be a new large employer with jobs in our area.

Government:  Pray for unity, wisdom, integrity and righteousness for our governmental officials; That there would be an increase in the desire for God's wisdom in decision making.

Arts/Entertainment/Media:  Pray for an increase in godly creativity, and that this arena would be harnessed by the Holy Spirit to bring the message of the Gospel to a lost world.  Pray for revival and blind eyes opened in Hollywood's "movers and shakers."

Military:  Pray for safety for our soldiers around the world; pray for strong support systems for the families of our soldiers. Pray that finances are not an issue of stress for the family while deployed. Also, that their children would be rewarded with the grace and peace of God while parents are away. Pray for good jobs for them to step into when they get home.

Education:  Pray for good stewardship in finances to increase. Pray that the spirits of confusion and rebellion among students would decrease, and that we see drop out rates decrease and students flourish.
